Hi! I am a certified and practicing personal trainer, nutrition coach, barre instructor, freelance aerialist, and mother. I have spent my entire life in health and fitness with a lot of highs and lows, formal education and personal experience along the way. It can be extremely difficult to find your path in this lifestyle alone, as the internet is wrought with misinformation and differing opinions and voices.

I want to empower and EDUCATE you to build a winning mindset about exercise, nutrition, and taking care of yourself, so that you can be your own well-informed, science-based, trainer. I am working on building resources that teach you how to shape and strengthen your body, INSIDE and OUT.

This is a blog, but is full of programs and resources for you to consume as you choose. The site will go live on March 6th, so come back to peruse the offerings! I will continue to build and create from there, so I value your feedback highly if you have any.

  • 21-Day At Home Challenge (all full body workouts) - This program is comprised fully of follow-along style, video workouts, so you don’t have to do any programming or self-motivation yourself. Just press play.
  • Blog posts that will cover topics such as: macro calculation, quick workout ideas and videos, meal prep tips and tricks, pre and post natal workouts, personal growth etc.
  • Facebook group access included with any purchase made, so I can connect and interact with you, and answer any questions you may have!
